thing you need to do is refresh your browser. If you are an AOL
user, make sure all parental controls are turned off. We have heard from
some AOL users who never turned them "on", but when they went
in and turned them "off" anyway - they got right in. Make sure
if you are copying and pasting that there isn't an extra blank space
added at the beginning or the end. Either one will deny you access. You
may want to also check the Security level on your computer. Click on the
"Tools" tab on your browser bar, select "Internet
Options", click on the "Security" tab and then
"Custom Levels". If it is set on High, you may want to move it
to Medium.
